Technology Voucher Programme (TVP)
OBJECTIVE
TVP was launched in November 2016, which aims to support the local companies or organizations in using technology services or scheme to improve productivity, or to upgrade or transform their business processes.

Registered or Incorporated or Established in Hong Kong; and

Non-listed company in Hong Kong, non-subvented organization by government or any subsidiary of government organization; and

Submit with substantive business operation in Hong Kong which is related to the project.
Application Requirement
Funding Amount

Funding up to HK$600,000 for each eligible entity based on 3:1 matching basis

Subject to the cumulative funding ceiling of $600,000, up to six projects from an applicant may be approved.
TVP Scope

Project Auditing (max. audit fee is $3,000)

Technology Consultancy for the propose of TVP project. While the consultant must be a local university or research institution, or a company registered in Hong Kong under the Business Registration Ordinance (Cap. 310) ("BRO") at the time of application.

Purchase, rental or subscription of customized equipment/hardware, software and technological services or solutions that form an essential part of the project. Normal business operating costs were not funded
